End User License Agreement - Single Use License
License Agreement
This End User License Agreement (EULA) is a legal agreement between UNIFI Services, LLC, and the end user, whether an individual or entity. If you purchase a Bssential Solutions course or membership you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of this licensing agreement.
a.) This EULA grants you, the End User, a non-exclusive, limited license to use and modify the template.
License Restrictions
a.) The End User may not sell, rent, sub-license, assign, transfer, lease, or sublease any templates, documents or tools supplied with this license.
Ownership
The End User is granted a limited use license through this EULA to use the this course. UNIFI Services, LLC and Bssential Solutions reserves all rights and ownerships of all materials contained in compliance toolkit as well as all content on www.BssentialSolutions.com.
You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our content or products, modified or unmodified. This template is protected by United States Copyright and International Copyright laws.
Product Delivery
Upon successful receipt of your payment you will receive an email confirming your purchase. If you do not receive this email confirmation within one hour please email support@Bssentials.com. You will be required to provide a verified email address for communication purposes.
Other Provisions
a.) Should any provision of this Agreement be held to be void, invalid, unenforceable or illegal by a court, the validity and enforceability of the other provisions shall not be affected thereby. If any provision is determined to be unenforceable, you agree to a modification of such provision to provide for enforcement of the provision's intent, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Failure of a party to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not constitute or be construed as a waiver of such provision or of the right to enforce such provision. If you fail to comply with any terms of this Agreement, your license is automatically terminated and you must then destroy all copies of the Template in your possession.
Limited Warranty
a.) Bssential Solutions warrants that, for a period of thirty (30) days, from the date of purchase, as shown on the receipt, if properly utilized on hardware and software for which it is designed, every document in the course will perform substantially in accordance with the instructions.
b.) Customer Remedies: At Bssential Solutions sole discretion, your remedy shall be:( i.) Downloadable course: replacement of the defective templates or documents through additional download. To make a warranty claim, email support@Bssentials.com. This Limited Warranty is void if failure of the materials has resulted in whole or in part from accident, abuse, misapplication or violation of this Agreement. In no event shall Bssential Solutions be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.
Any replacement course will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period or fifteen (15) days, whichever is longer. This warranty allocates risks of product failure between Licensee and Compliancehelp.net. THERE ARE NO OTHER WARRANTIES. Bssential Solutions DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE WITH RESPECT TO THE COURSE AND ITS INSTRUCTIONS. Social Marketing Essentials DOES NOT WARRANT THE PRODUCT TO WORK WITH 3RD PARTY COMPONENTS, MODULES OR EXTENSIONS. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, MAY HAVE OTHERS, WHICH VARY FROM JURISDICTION TO JURISDICTION. Bssential Solutions DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE OPERATION OF THE MATERIALS WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR FREE OR MEET LICENSEE'S SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS. THE WARRANTY SET FORTH ABOVE IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTIES WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN. THE AGENTS OR EMPLOYEES OFBssential Solutions ARE NOT AUTHORIZED TO MAKE MODIFICATIONS TO THIS WARRANTY, OR ADDITIONAL WARRANTIES ON BEHALF OF Social Marketing Essentials. ADDITIONAL STATEMENTS SUCH AS ADVERTISING OR PRESENTATIONS, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, DO NOT CONSTITUTE WARRANTIES BY Bssential Solutions AND SHOULD NOT BE RELIED UPON.
c.) (USA ONLY) SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO THE ABOVE EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER LEGAL RIGHTS THAT VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.
Refund Policy
All license fees are non-refundable. Bssential Solutions does not issue refunds for products that are non-tangible downloadable goods.
